Partnership flow
Foreign producer or distance seller exports electric and electronic equipment into the country of sales. The producer has to enclose contract with authorised representative institution (AR EUROPE) from the country of sales. Authorized representative is linked up with local authorized compliance scheme though which the declaration and payment is processed. The authorized compliance scheme ensures registration and annual report for the Ministry of Environment (Authorities of Czech Rep.)
In case of solution with other European partner (WEEE Europe) the contract with local authorized representative is still needed but declarations are directly proceed via WEEE Europe to the local compliance scheme.
